The hotel Fierro is a must stay. Sleek, private and quiet in a residential setting with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel oozes privacy, exclusivity. Do not be fooled by the small reception area. The staff and wonderfully attentive and helpful (particularly as I dont speak Spanish), the rooms are large and very confortable with all amenities and wonderfully clean. The restaurant is of a very high standard and dont seem to be fazed by a long dinner finishing at 2.00am. I felt like a very valued guest in a small and boutique hotel which is exactly what this place is.

¨We stayed here for one night at the end of our visit to BA, after a business meeting during with we stayed at the Alvear Palace. While the Palace cannot be faulted, I have to say I preferred the Fierro - for a third of the price, the rooms are much larger and the decor more cool and hip. In addition, desk staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Anna), and the breakfast was excellent (again with fabulously attentive service). We were also able to get a late checkout, which really helped given our late flight.¨

I cannot say enough good things about our 8 night stay here. First and foremost, the service was on par with much more expensive hotels at which we have stayed. The front desk staff, particularly David, Nicholas and Ana went above and beyond for us.

Following our 2 week trip to Patagonia, I was looking forward to our final night in BA with a stay at the Fierro. It lived up to our expectations…in fact, exceeded them, and I wish it had been a longer stay.

There were rotating electrical black-outs during our stay due to the high temps, but Fierro has a generator which kept the power on (the rest of the neighbourhood around us was in darkness that evening.)

We stayed at Fierro on three separate occasions during our recent tour of Argentina.
It’s a great hotel with spacious, airy and trendy rooms in a convenient, quiet part of the city.
Service was great - reception exceptionally helpful.
And the tasting menu in the Hernan Gipponi restaurant offers really high quality food for a steal when compared with equivalents in other major cities.
Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everyone speaks English and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The included breakfast in the best in a four month stay in South America. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

Excellent hotel with good services and facilities, but the best quality in this hotel is the people who work there. All, without exception, are impressive attentive, courteous and helpful. Thank you for the great stay.

Estuvimos en la terra suit ,una habitacion maravillosa ,con una enorme terraza ,un espectacular yacuzzi,y una vista amplia a traves de un balcon de cristal.
Confieso que he viajado mucho ,y no he visto un hotel con tantos detalles ,desde un espejo anti empañe , maquina Nesspreso con capsulas ,equipo para escuchar musica, con mi Iphone, todo en la habitacion, no puedo dejar de recomendar el desayuno (Increible)

Amazing hotel, very comfortable, plush and large rooms, staff is very friendly, helpful and English speaking. Wi-fi is strong throughout. The restaurant and chef are excellent and better than many others in the area. Don’t hesitate to ask for a special meal, including vegetarian fare - and the best media lunas in town. I’ve been to BA 4 times on business and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far.

We were stranded in Buenos Aires for one night on a recent trip to Argentina (flights canceled due to the volcanic ash cloud) and we were extremely lucky to end up at the Fierro Hotel!

We all agreed that we would go back to the Fierro in a heartbeat— hopefully another ash cloud will come along on our next visit to Argentina!

We stayed at Fierro Hotel for a total of 3 nights on our honeymoon in Argentina, and our stay was amazing! The service was excellent; the staff all speak English very well and were happy to suggest local things to do and good restaurants and arranged transportation to and from the hotel (even when our arrival flight was delayed by 10 hours, they were quick to respond and were there to pick us up). Our room was huge and very comfortable with a nice view of the neighborhood. Breakfast is part of the package, and was a culinary delight (fresh rolls with dulce de leche, jam, and butter, scrambled eggs, brie, and proscuitto, and fresh squeezed orange juice). The location of the hotel is very convenient - it’s in a residential neighborhood in Palermo Hollywood and close to trendy shops and restaurants in Palermo Soho and near public transportation. We enjoyed our stay at Fierro and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires.
